5. Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising Tools
Zil uses a comprehensive ecosystem of tracking, analytics, and advertising tools. The following are the main tools currently implemented, this list being non-exhaustive, as Zil reserves the right to add, modify, or replace tools at any time:
5.1 Google Tag Manager (GTM)
A tag management system that administers the loading and execution of all tracking, analytics, and advertising scripts on the website. GTM can deploy tags from any provider without modifying the site code.
5.2 Google Analytics
Web analytics service by Google LLC that collects browsing, audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversion data. It may use first-party cookies (_ga, _gid, _gat) and transmit data to Google servers in the United States or other countries.
5.3 Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)
A code snippet from Meta Platforms, Inc. loaded on the site that enables: tracking ad conversions from Facebook and Instagram, building custom audiences for future campaigns, creating lookalike audiences, optimizing ad delivery, and enabling dynamic remarketing. It uses cookies (_fbc, _fbp) and transmits browser event data (PageView, Lead, Contact, ViewContent, and custom events) to Meta servers.
5.4 Proprietary analytics system
Zil operates an internally developed analytics system that logs user interaction events using the browser's local storage (localStorage). This system captures:
- Click events with event delegation (clicked element, destination URL, link text).
- Form start and submission events with context data (identified form, completed fields).
- Outbound link clicks with full destination URL.
- First-touch and last-touch UTM attribution data, stored persistently.
- Event queue in localStorage synchronized periodically and sent via navigator.sendBeacon() or fetch().
- Session data including session ID, timestamps, referrer, and landing page.
5.5 Form tracking system
A dedicated lead data enrichment system that, upon form submission, automatically collects and attaches:
- User IP address obtained via external service ipify.org (api.ipify.org).
- Meta cookies (_fbc, _fbp) read from the user's browser.
- Complete UTM parameters extracted from the URL (including fbclid and gclid).
- Unique session ID generated via crypto.randomUUID().
- Full browser user agent.
- Referral URL (document.referrer).
- Event timestamp.
This enriched information is transmitted to workspace.zil.global/api/leads for processing and storage.
5.6 Additional and future tools
Zil reserves the right to implement additional tracking, analytics, personalization, advertising, testing, heatmap, session recording, chatbot, artificial intelligence, and any other technology tools it deems useful for its operations, without the need to update this Policy for each individual implementation, provided such tools operate within the framework of purposes described herein.
6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
This site uses cookies (first-party and third-party), local storage (localStorage), session storage (sessionStorage), tracking pixels, web beacons, browser fingerprinting, and other storage and tracking technologies for the following purposes:

7. File Uploads, User-Generated Content, and Liability

7.1 User representations and warranties
By uploading any type of content or information through our platforms, the User represents, warrants, and agrees that:
- They are the legitimate owner of all rights to the uploaded content, or have express, irrevocable, and sufficient authorization from the rights holder to share it and grant Zil the necessary rights for its use.
- The content does not infringe intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets), privacy rights, image rights, moral rights, or any other third-party rights.
- The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- The content does not contain viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, malicious code, harmful scripts, or any component that could compromise the security of Zil's systems or those of third parties.
- All information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- In the case of job applications, the curriculum vitae, references, and other information provided are authentic and verifiable.
7.2 Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zil Global LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, legal actions, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney fees), and liabilities of any nature arising directly or indirectly from: (a) content uploaded by the User; (b) breach of any representations and warranties contained in this Policy; (c) infringement of third-party rights; or (d) misuse of Zil's services.
7.3 Content license
By uploading content to our platforms, the User grants Zil a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, display, and exploit such content to the extent necessary for service provision, application evaluation, internal operations, process improvement, and any other legitimate business purpose. This license survives even after the User ceases to use our services, with respect to content already uploaded.
7.4 Limitation of liability for User content
Zil assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy, legality, suitability, quality, originality, or completeness of content uploaded by users. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, moderate, reject, or remove any content that, in our sole discretion, we deem inappropriate, potentially infringing, harmful, or contrary to our interests, without obligation of prior notice or justification to the User.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, plus applicable legal statute of limitations periods. Without prejudice to the foregoing:
- Client and business relationship data is retained during the term of the contractual relationship and for a minimum of 7 (seven) additional years after termination, in accordance with applicable tax and legal obligations.
- Job application data may be retained indefinitely for future searches and opportunities, unless the data subject expressly requests its deletion.
- Analytics and tracking data is retained in aggregate form indefinitely for statistical and historical purposes.
- Marketing and attribution data is retained for the time necessary for proper campaign measurement and optimization, which may extend for several years.
- Activity logs are retained for a minimum of 3 (three) years for security, audit, and compliance purposes.
- Content uploaded by users (files, documents) is retained for as long as Zil deems necessary for its operations.
Zil reserves the right to retain data for longer periods when legal, contractual, security, or legitimate interest reasons so justify.
9. Data Sharing and Transfers
Zil may share, transfer, or make available User personal data to the following categories of recipients:
- Zil Global group companies: any subsidiary, affiliate, controlled, controlling, related, or commonly managed entity, current or future.
- Service providers: companies providing services on behalf of Zil, including web hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, email services, data storage, technical support, legal and accounting services.
- Advertising platforms: Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), TikTok, LinkedIn, Spotify, and any other digital advertising platform, for targeting, measurement, optimization, and remarketing purposes.
- Music distribution platforms and DSPs: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Tidal, and any other streaming or digital distribution service.
- SaaS and productivity tools: CRM, email marketing platforms, project management tools, customer support systems, collaboration tools.
- Business and commercial partners: when necessary for the provision of services contracted by the User or for business opportunities.
- Competent authorities: governmental, judicial, tax, regulatory, or law enforcement bodies, when required by law or formal request.
- Professional advisors: attorneys, accountants, auditors, and other professionals under duty of confidentiality.
- In the event of corporate transactions: any third party involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset sale, or business transfer involving Zil.
9.1 International transfers
As Zil operates globally with its headquarters in the United States, personal data may be transferred, stored, and processed in the United States and in any other country where Zil, its affiliates, or service providers maintain facilities. By using our services, the User expressly consents to the international transfer of their data, including to jurisdictions that may not offer the same level of data protection as their country of residence.
10. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data by Zil is based on the following legal grounds, as applicable:
- Consent: granted by the User upon accepting this Policy, using our services, submitting forms, or interacting with our website.
- Contractual performance: when processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract with the User.
- Legitimate interest: for direct marketing purposes, security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and business operations.
- Legal obligation: when processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation applicable to Zil.
11. Information Security
Zil implements commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, disclosure, or misuse. These measures include, without limitation: data encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), role-based access controls, security monitoring, and internal information handling policies.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User acknowledges and accepts that no data transmission or storage system is infallible or completely secure, and that the internet is an inherently insecure medium. Zil cannot guarantee absolute data security and shall not be liable for security breaches occurring despite the implementation of reasonable protection measures, nor for interceptions or unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.
12. User Rights
Subject to applicable legislation and its limitations, the User may request:
- Access: obtain confirmation as to whether their data is being processed and access a copy thereof.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: request erasure of their data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing, subject to mandatory retention periods.
- Objection: object to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes.
- Portability: where technically feasible and legally applicable, obtain their data in a structured format.
To exercise any of these rights, the User must send a request to [email protected] or [email protected], properly identifying themselves and specifying the right they wish to exercise. Zil will respond within the timeframes established by applicable legislation, which in no case shall be less than 30 (thirty) business days.
Zil reserves the right to reject requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, repetitive, or that compromise security, third-party rights, or the Company's legitimate operations.
13. Minors
Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. 14. Third-Party Links

Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy, the processing of personal data, or the use of our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts having jurisdiction in the State of Delaware, United States of America, the User waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

Zil reserves the right to modify, update, expand, or restrict this Policy at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior individualized notice. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

17. Severability
